Terms and Cancellation

These terms apply to website design, hosting and maintenance services from GD Enterprise, run by Gor Djalayan in Burbank, California. By subscribing to a plan or paying for a website, you agree to them.

Plans and billing

• Maintenance plans are Basic ($79/month), Professional ($129/month) and Premium ($199/month). What each plan includes is listed on the Get Started page.
• Plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew each month until cancelled.
• A new website carries a one-time build fee of $1,000.

No contracts

Plans are month-to-month. There is no long-term commitment.

How to cancel

To cancel, contact me directly by email at [email protected] or by phone at (818) 630-9692. Cancellations are handled by me personally, so there is no cancel button on the site. I will confirm your cancellation once it is processed.

No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes the one-time build fee and monthly plan fees. I do not issue partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.
